Loretta Lynch Can't Say Whether Anything is Illegal

The question is simple.  Is it legal or illegal to share classified information?  The top law enforcement official in America, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, just couldn't answer that question when asked.

The phones in our office have been ringing off the hook since this clip aired.  No one is happy.  For more details about this hearing, see my interviews with Greta Van Susteren and Martha MacCallum.

FBI Director Comey Defends Decision not to Prosecute Clinton

One of my questions to Director Comey involved Hillary Clinton's sharing of classified information with unauthorized individuals.  Watch his response and see what you think.  See my letter to Dir. Comey requesting the complete FBI file here.  A follow-up letter with question to Dir. Comey signed by 200 Members can be found here.

For more clips from the Comey hearing, see my interviews with Fox's Bill O'Reilly, Showtime's The Circus, MSNBC's Morning Joe, and NBC's  The Today Show.

Requesting a Clinton Perjury Investigation

Incredibly, FBI Director Comey testified he did not investigate whether or not Hillary Clinton perjured herself when she testified before Congress.  He suggested a Congressional referral was required to investigate, Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte and I submitted just such a referral.  I talked about it with Megyn Kelly:

First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) (see opening statement below)
FDIC Application Process
Failing Obamacare Co-ops
Recalcitrant Countries:  Denying Visas to Countries that Refuse to Take BDeported Nationals
Firearms and Munitions at Risk: Examining Inadequate Safeguards

Benghazi Report Released

I appreciate the tireless efforts of Chairman Trey Gowdy and the Benghazi Select Committee to uncover the truth about the attacks in Benghazi and the resulting aftermath. It is disappointing the Obama Administration failed to cooperate with the Committee. Their lack of transparency disrupted and delayed the investigation at every turn.

Four Americans lost their lives in the attack. Their families and the American people deserve to know what really happened. Thanks to the good work of the Select Committee, important details about that tragic night are finally seeing the light of day.

Tweet of the Week

Introducing Mountain Accord legislation today after years of a locally driven process. Broad bi-partisan support.
